STRONGHOLD

Scope of Use

The Stronghold Assessment Platform is a coaching and pattern-recognition tool. It is not a clinical, psychiatric, or medical instrument. As a certified practitioner, you agree to use Stronghold results exclusively within the context of professional coaching and never as a substitute for clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or medical advice.

Language & Terminology

You agree to use only Stronghold-proprietary tier language when discussing results with clients. You will not translate Stronghold composite scores into clinical diagnostic language (DSM criteria, clinical diagnoses, or medical terminology) in any client-facing communication.

Data Handling

• You will not share raw assessment data, composite scores, or client reports with any third party without explicit written consent from the client.
• You will not screenshot, export, or distribute client data outside of the Stronghold platform.
• You will notify Dr. Hines Inc. immediately if you believe client data has been compromised.

Practitioner Conduct

• You will only use Stronghold with clients in an active coaching relationship.
• You will not use Stronghold data to make employment, legal, custody, or clinical decisions about any individual.
• You will inform every client that Stronghold is a coaching tool, not a clinical assessment, before administering the assessment.

Certification Maintenance

Your access to the Stronghold platform is contingent on maintaining active certification status. Dr. Hines Inc. reserves the right to revoke platform access for violation of this agreement.
