How do I take Stronghold?
Most people take Stronghold with a certified practitioner, so the results are read by someone trained to use them — find one in the directory. You can also buy it directly from Stronghold: the same full assessment, run under our own house practice, with your Clarity Report delivered the moment you finish and the option to connect with a practitioner after.
What does the assessment measure?
Stronghold scores 274 measures across 6 life domains, plus wellbeing check-ins and the couples, owner, and team modules, all in plain coaching language:
- Who you are; how you connect; where you came from
- Work, money, body, and spirit; your strengths
- Wellbeing check-ins (mood, worry, stress, focus, and more)
- You as a couple; you as an owner; your team
How long does it take?
About an hour for most people. You can pause and come back anytime. Your progress is saved. It adapts to each person as they go, and there is no way to fail it.
Is this a clinical diagnosis?
No. Stronghold is a screening and self-assessment tool that supports a practitioner's work. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a medical device. If you are experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S. or contact a licensed professional.
For practitioners
How do I become a certified practitioner?
Apply through the certification site. You complete the full assessment yourself, work through the training on reading the Clarity Report and running the platform, and are then listed in the practitioner directory.
Can I use it with couples and business owners?
Yes. Certification includes the couples layer and the founder layer. The assessment adapts to each client, so a couple gets the collision map and a business owner gets the founder dashboard, from the same platform.
How accurate are the results?
Accuracy depends on honest answers. Stronghold draws on established psychological frameworks and includes validity and candor checks, and a trained practitioner interprets the results in context. The more honestly a client answers, the more useful the report.
Privacy & your data
Is my information private and secure?
Yes. Stronghold uses industry-standard encryption, your responses and results are never sold, and they are shared only with your practitioner. AI is used to help put results in plain language and is never used to train outside AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Who can see my results?
You and the certified practitioner you work with. Individual results are not shared with anyone else.
