By accessing or using the Stronghold Assessment System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Dr. Hines Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
Stronghold Assessment System provides personality and relational assessment tools designed to support personal development, couples work, and team dynamics. The Service includes online questionnaires, generated reports, and related materials. The Service is intended for use under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.
Access to assessments requires a valid access code provided by an authorized practitioner. Access codes are non-transferable and intended for single use by the designated individual. You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service and to maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
The Stronghold Assessment System is a coaching and personal development tool. It is NOT a diagnostic instrument, psychological evaluation, or substitute for professional mental health treatment. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
All content, materials, assessments, reports, methodologies, and intellectual property associated with the Stronghold Assessment System are owned by Dr. Hines Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any assessment content or methodologies. You will not share access codes or assessment materials with unauthorized parties. You will answer assessment questions honestly and to the best of your ability.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Assessment responses and generated reports are confidential and shared only with your designated practitioner unless otherwise required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dr. Hines Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific assessment in question.
Assessment fees are generally non-refundable once an access code has been issued. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Dr. Hines Inc. Please contact your practitioner or support@drhinesinc.com for refund inquiries.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
