Work fit is read off answers the client already gave. What the job asks of a person every day, what the person actually is, and the specific places those two do not meet.
Three things the job asks every day that cost you, and two it asks that you are built for.
| What the job asks | Fit |
|---|---|
| Interrupting people Correcting work in front of others | Costs |
| Holding a hard line Saying no and staying in the room | Costs |
| Constant switching Nine unrelated problems a day | Costs |
| Building the system Making the thing run without you | Built for |
| Teaching somebody new Unhurried, one to one | Built for |
People arrive at this expecting to be told to leave. Far more often the answer is that three parts of the current job are doing the damage, and two of the three can be moved.
The whole platform works like this. A client answers once, and the work fit lens, the couples lens and the rest read the same answers from a different angle. Nobody is asked the same question twice for a different report.
Switching this module on costs the client nothing. There is no second questionnaire, because there was never any need for one.
Founders get the Founder Dashboard on top: identity fusion, delegation, the cost dimensions and exit readiness. There is a full sample of it on this site.
Work and calling needs the business track on the practitioner's file, and the catalog names it until it is there.
Nothing in this catalog is on by default. A certified practitioner switches a module on for their practice, then on for the client it suits, and can switch it off again. The client never sees a module their coach did not choose for them.
Per practice, then per client. A module a practitioner does not work with is never offered to anybody they see.
Money, Body, Couples, Faith and Business modules stay greyed in the catalog, naming the track required, until it is on the practitioner's file.
Copy the link, email it or text it from the console. The client opens it on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to log into.
Clients see their own material in their own words. Composite names, severity levels and normalised scores never appear on a client screen.
Work and calling is one module inside Stronghold. Certified practitioners switch it on, send it, and decide when the client sees what comes back.
