This week's work

What your coach asked you to do, in one place.
BetaClient time · seconds to mark itAs a couple · each partner has their own
Try it yourself

Two buttons. One of them is the useful one.

A client gets one thing at a time, not a list of nine. Tap either button and watch what reaches the coach. Stuck is the one that changes a session.

This week's work

Write the email. Do not send it.

When the flare goes up this week, write the whole thing out. Do not soften it. Then put the phone down and bring it Thursday.

What the coach sees

Their side

Tap either button. The panel shows what appears on the client's card.

  • Done is a tick and a date. Useful, but not interesting
  • Stuck opens one box and sends whatever is in it. That is the sentence the session starts from
  • Silence is also data. Nothing tapped by the session is itself worth asking about, gently
Why one at a time

A list of nine things is a list of nothing.

Homework fails for the same reason budgets fail. Somebody is given more than a week holds, does none of it, and then feels worse than before they started. One thing, two honest buttons, and stuck is a legitimate answer.

Stuck is not failure

It is the whole point.

A client who taps stuck and says why has given the coach more than a client who taps done. The wording in the app makes that clear.

It is one thing

Not a programme.

The coach sets one piece of work at a time. Finishing it is possible, which is the only reason anybody starts.

Beta

Honest about where it is.

The coach side is live in the console today. The client screen is still being built, which is why this one is marked beta rather than live.

How it reaches a client

Every module starts off.

Nothing in this catalog is on by default. A certified practitioner switches a module on for their practice, then on for the client it suits, and can switch it off again. The client never sees a module their coach did not choose for them.

The coach decides

Per practice, then per client. A module a practitioner does not work with is never offered to anybody they see.

Some need a certification

Money, Body, Couples, Faith and Business modules stay greyed in the catalog, naming the track required, until it is on the practitioner's file.

It is sent, not installed

Copy the link, email it or text it from the console. The client opens it on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to log into.

Nothing is scored at the client

Clients see their own material in their own words. Composite names, severity levels and normalised scores never appear on a client screen.
