The most common thing a client loses is the page their coach walked them through six weeks ago. It was emailed, and the email is gone. This is the list it lives on instead.
| From | What |
|---|---|
| Thu | The flare, and the three minutes after it Session 9 · 2 pages |
| Feb 27 | Your week, mapped Session 8 · 1 page |
| Feb 13 | What to say when she goes quiet Session 7 · 1 page |
| Jan 30 | The first hour of your day Session 6 · 2 pages |
| Jan 16 | Your Stronghold report Session 1 · 34 pages |
It is the least clever thing in the catalog and one of the most used. A worksheet that cannot be found again was never really given to anybody.
Not because the work was wrong, but because the page that explained it went into an inbox with four hundred other things. Keeping it somewhere the client can find at eleven at night is a small feature that quietly does a lot.
No setup, no upload, nothing for the client to manage. The coach shares a page in session and it appears.
Six months in, both people can see what was handed over and when, which settles more than you would think.
A client who moves on still has every page. The work was theirs, and the copy is too.
Nothing in this catalog is on by default. A certified practitioner switches a module on for their practice, then on for the client it suits, and can switch it off again. The client never sees a module their coach did not choose for them.
Per practice, then per client. A module a practitioner does not work with is never offered to anybody they see.
Money, Body, Couples, Faith and Business modules stay greyed in the catalog, naming the track required, until it is on the practitioner's file.
Copy the link, email it or text it from the console. The client opens it on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to log into.
Clients see their own material in their own words. Composite names, severity levels and normalised scores never appear on a client screen.
Handouts is one module inside Stronghold. Certified practitioners switch it on, send it, and decide when the client sees what comes back.
