Not a list of everything somebody wants. A list of what is actually moving, with the single next action under each one, because that is the only part a person can do on a Tuesday.
Next step. Drive her to practice Tuesday. Radio off. Ask nothing.

The cap is the feature. A person with nine goals has none, and everybody involved knows it by week three.
Plenty of apps will give somebody a streak and a percentage. The percentage is invented and the streak breaks on the first bad week, which is precisely the week that mattered. Here the progress is whatever the two people agree it is in the room.
A money goal reads the budget. A body goal reads the fitness plan. The goal is not a separate island the client has to maintain.
Nothing punishes somebody for missing. The coach sees the gap and asks about it, which is what a person actually needs.
Goals come out of a session, not out of a signup flow. That is why there are three of them and why they are the right three.
Nothing in this catalog is on by default. A certified practitioner switches a module on for their practice, then on for the client it suits, and can switch it off again. The client never sees a module their coach did not choose for them.
Per practice, then per client. A module a practitioner does not work with is never offered to anybody they see.
Money, Body, Couples, Faith and Business modules stay greyed in the catalog, naming the track required, until it is on the practitioner's file.
Copy the link, email it or text it from the console. The client opens it on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to log into.
Clients see their own material in their own words. Composite names, severity levels and normalised scores never appear on a client screen.
Goals is one module inside Stronghold. Certified practitioners switch it on, send it, and decide when the client sees what comes back.
