Every module, demoed. Each page below runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent. Statuses are read from the live catalog, so what is marked beta is beta and what is not built says so.
Module demos

Everything a client actually gets.

Stronghold is one assessment plus a catalog of modules a practitioner switches on per client. Below is every module in that catalog, with a working demo for each one that exists, the honest status of the ones that are half built, and a plain note on the ones that are not built at all.

Live today

Switch it on and send it this afternoon.

Energy Lights

Live today

Red lights drain you, green lights fill you, yellow is just flat. Each partner answers alone, then the two maps are read side by side.

Client time · 4 to 6 minutes, once
Try the demo →

Weekly check-in

Live today

Two sliders, two boxes and two optional ticks. It lands with the coach before the next session, so the session does not start from zero.

Client time · about 60 seconds, weekly
Try the demo →

Budget

Live today

Photograph a pay stub or a bill, or just type it. The lines come back read and sorted, with private numbers stripped before anything is stored.

Client time · 2 to 3 minutes per page sent in
Try the demo →

Debt payoff

Live today

Every balance in one order, with the month each one clears and what the interest costs. The date is the part people have never seen.

Client time · 3 to 5 minutes to list the balances
Try the demo →

Boundaries

Live today

A private space to say the thing out loud, which turns into a few worded options. Both people pick one. An agreement is what they both picked.

Client time · 10 to 15 minutes for the conversation
Try the demo →

Stronghold Guide

Live today

Something to talk to at eleven at night that knows the plan, keeps to the coach's approach, and never pretends to be the coach.

Client time · as long or as short as you want
Try the demo →

Handouts

Live today

Every worksheet, summary and page from every session, in one list that does not get lost in an inbox.

Client time · nothing to do, it is just there
Try the demo →
In beta

Running, with parts still being built.

This week's work

Beta

One thing at a time, with two honest buttons: done, or stuck. Stuck is the useful one, and the coach sees it before the session.

Client time · seconds to mark it
Try the demo →

Goals

Beta

Up to three at a time, each with one next step. Not a list of everything, a list of what is actually moving.

Client time · a few minutes to set, seconds to update
Try the demo →

Marriage

Beta

Both assessments read side by side, the named collision, the repair path, and the boundary agreements that come out of it.

Client time · the assessment, plus the agreement work
Try the demo →

Faith

Beta

A devotional a day and one reflection a week, with a formation profile that says which practices actually fit the person.

Client time · 3 to 5 minutes a day
Try the demo →

Fitness

Beta

A movement plan built around the time and energy a person actually has, not the time a plan assumes they have.

Client time · 3 to 4 minutes for the intake
Try the demo →

Work and calling

Beta

Career fit read off the same assessment: what the work asks, what the person is, and where those two do not meet.

Client time · no extra time, it reads the assessment

On the plan

Named, specified, and honestly not built.

Sleep

Not built yet

A sleep window and a wind down routine, with the day scheduled around the energy peak.

Nothing to demo yet. This is the plan, not a product.

Food

Not built yet

Frameworks, a grocery list and habit prompts first. Individual targets only where a licence allows it.

Nothing to demo yet. This is the plan, not a product.

Stress and calm

Not built yet

A two minute daily reset, one stressor named a week, and the trigger map that already comes out of the assessment.

Nothing to demo yet. This is the plan, not a product.

Family

Not built yet

Parenting alignment between two adults, one family rhythm, and the logistics of the kids in the home.

How long the whole thing takes

One assessment, then minutes at a time.

The assessment is the one long thing and it is taken once: 517 items, about an hour, and you can stop and come back. Everything after it is measured in minutes, because a module a person will not finish is worth nothing.

On your own

The assessment. 517 items, about an hour, once.
Energy Lights. 34 items, 3 to 4 minutes.
Weekly check-in. 60 seconds, once a week.
Budget. 2 to 3 minutes a page, a page at a time.
Debt payoff. 3 to 5 minutes to list the balances.

First month, everything switched on · about 90 minutes

As a couple

The assessment. About an hour each, taken separately.
Energy Lights. 36 items each, 3 to 4 minutes each.
Weekly check-in. 60 seconds each, once a week.
Boundaries. 10 to 15 minutes each for the conversation.
The couple maps appear when the second person finishes, not before.

First month, per person · about 100 minutes

Business owners, together

The assessment. About an hour each, plus the owner items.
Energy Lights. 48 items each, 4 to 6 minutes each.
Weekly check-in. 60 seconds each, once a week.
Budget and debt payoff. One set for the household.
The business split needs both of you finished.

First month, per person · about 105 minutes

Module times are the items multiplied by the same pace the main assessment runs at, roughly seven seconds an item. The module items are shorter than the assessment items, so these are the slow end rather than the fast one.
