The Guide knows the plan the coach set and keeps to the way that coach works. It is not the coach, it never pretends to be, and it says so. Tap a reply to move it along.
An always available companion is the easiest thing in this product to get wrong, so most of the work in it is refusal.
An hour a fortnight is not where somebody changes. The change happens on a Tuesday when the old thing is about to happen again. Having something to think out loud with at that moment, that knows what the coach already said, is most of the value.
The practitioner sets the approach and the plan. The Guide works inside it rather than offering advice from somewhere else, so the client is not getting two different programmes.
What came up in the week is waiting for the coach in the console, so the client does not have to remember it and say it all again on Thursday.
Like every module, it starts off. A practitioner turns it on for the clients they want it on for, and off for the ones they do not.
Nothing in this catalog is on by default. A certified practitioner switches a module on for their practice, then on for the client it suits, and can switch it off again. The client never sees a module their coach did not choose for them.
Per practice, then per client. A module a practitioner does not work with is never offered to anybody they see.
Money, Body, Couples, Faith and Business modules stay greyed in the catalog, naming the track required, until it is on the practitioner's file.
Copy the link, email it or text it from the console. The client opens it on their phone with nothing to install and nothing to log into.
Clients see their own material in their own words. Composite names, severity levels and normalised scores never appear on a client screen.
Stronghold Guide is one module inside Stronghold. Certified practitioners switch it on, send it, and decide when the client sees what comes back.
